COVID-19 Update: We have decided it is wise and right to trust the recommendations of our civil and medical leaders at this time, which means that all non-worship ministry events and gatherings of CEPC are cancelled for the time being. Men's Bible Study
Men, join us as our Bible study resumes Thursdays in the Barn beginning February 13, 11:30 am to 12:45 pm. Richard Harris will teach on “The Life of David.” This study will be intensely biblical and unmistakably practical for men. A hot lunch will be provided. The food, fellowship, and spiritual encouragement are not to be missed. Come and take advantage of our new time to invite and bring friends from your office and your neighborhoods. Small Groups/City Groups
One of the great things about our church is that we are a community of people from all over Houston. One of the great challenges we wholeheartedly embrace is striving to live in community with one another outside of Sunday morning. City Groups are one way we do this.
City Groups are Christ Presbyterian's version of small groups--for singles, men, women, couples, families, everyone!. Our City Groups exist for three primary purposes:
- Authentic Community
- Mutual Shepherding and Care
- An Essential Part of our Progressive Sanctification and Discipleship
Our long-term vision is to see 20 – 25 City Groups planted throughout Houston. We would love for these groups to be geographically sensitive, multigenerational, and coed (comprised of both men and women).
